Milotic, the tender pokemon. This pokemon's body is as smooth as silk even though it is scaly. It's first eyebrows serves as antennae for reading water and air current, like Espeon, and it is capable of giving-off light and sensitive to human touch, like Chinchou. On the other hand, it's second eyebrows are as soft as a feather and like it's body, it is smooth as silk. It serves as a very delicate and tender protection to it's first eyebrow. And on it's tail consists of spiky scales in which very useful for protection against predators. Trainers seek this rare pre-evolved form of this and keep it as a trophy. In my opinion, these bastards just catch Feebass for Milotic in which they suck. Well anyways, this pokemon is now endangered due to lack of breeding programs and conservative trainers must treat this pokemon with loving care.

Hey there guys, so what's mentioned above was my own pokedex description version of Milotic. This was made out of my imagination and took me at least less than 3 hours to finish this. I was planning to make a rocky lake bed or some bubbles but I suck at those. Tell me what yous think.
